Position Summary: Action Group Inc is hiring Press Brake Operators for its first shift operation (7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.)four days a week at the company’s 200,000 sqft Blacklick, Ohio manufacturing facility. The Press Brake Operator will work on the CNC Press Break to form or hem ferrous and non-ferrous material including plastic.
Salary, Benefits, and Advancement Opportunities: Starting hourly wage of $20.00 to $22.00 depending on experience. Action Group Inc’s benefits include Paid Time Off (PTO) and 401K with 3% match, Profit Sharing, Health, Dental and Vision insurance, Life insurance, short and long term disability.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare and run complex bend setups and forming operations.
- Must have a full understanding of print reading and geometric tolerances and how they relate to the finished part.
- Full understanding of flat pattern layout.
- Ability to write programs utilizing all features of the press brake.
- Assembles, installs, and aligns dies in press according to specifications.
- Ability to read, measure and interpret calipers, micrometers, and height gage.
- Ability to perform problem solve and determine root cause analysis.
- Performs First Article Inspection (FAI) and In-Process Inspections (IPI) to ensure part conformance to specifications and adjusts machine to correct errors.
Qualifications for Success:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Summary: Action Group Inc is hiring a Welder for its first shift operation (5 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) four days a week at the company’s 200,000 sqft Blacklick, Ohio manufacturing facility. The welder will weld metal components together utilizing Mig, Tig, and Resistance welding.

Essential Job Functions:
- Welds metal parts together using MIG, TIG, and RESISTANCE welding or brazing and any combination of welding processes.
- Interprets engineering drawings to determine Weld Layout, Critical to Quality Characteristics (CTQ), and overall specifications required to produce quality product.
- Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding.
- Repairs broken or cracked parts, fills holes, and increases size of metal parts.
- Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.

Position Summary: Action Group Inc is hiring a Manufacturing Production Associate for its first shift operation (5 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) four days a week at the company’s 200,000 sqft Blacklick, Ohio manufacturing facility. The Manufacturing Production Associate will assist in other departments as required.
Salary, Benefits, and Advancement Opportunities: Starting hourly wage of $18 to $19 depending on experience. Essential Job Functions:
- Read and interpret basic blueprints.
- Complete daily tracking of jobs (CTQ), and • Maintains equipment and ensures work area is clean and safe at all times.
